Given the new demands of the financial sector, the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona has specialized training in bank management through Online Master in Management of Financial Institutions and Divisions. Many events have significantly increased competitive pressures in the sector, the company imposing the need to renew their operating processes and the leadership role of human capital. Thus it becomes imperative to develop people capable of working in a dynamic environment and tensions accelerated through training that combines expertise in banking management and financial advisory services under a program faithful to the content EFA (European Financial Advisor), and management skills and people management.

The Program of Masters Marketing, Commerce and Distribution implements a policy of total quality. In this sense, it has implemented the ISO 9001:2008 and the UNE 66181 that guarantees the quality of the virtual formation.

Programs Goals

Develop a deep training and practical on the most modern financial management
Provide a solid background in private banking and global context, the identification of determinants in decision making of customers and understanding of the alternatives products.
Develop the skills and knowledge levels included in the training program EFA (European Financial Advisor), issued by the European Association of Professional Counseling and Personal Financial Planning (EFPA).
Provide the student with a strategic vision of the business customer base, market and competitive environment.
Empower student-management skills such as leadership, business skills or analysis and risk assessment.
